Presentation
The Cirrito company is located in Collesano, a small hill town immersed in the marvelous landscape of the Madonie Park. The company has been raising dairy cows since 1930 in a corner where Nature, still intact, allows the cows to graze in an ideal habitat. In the 2000s, when Savatore Cirrito’s son, Paolo, began to develop his marked sensitivity for the art of transforming milk into dairy products, he dedicated himself to the intense study of the entire Italian dairy sector and specialized in typical Sicilian products. RESPECT FOR NATURE, TRADITIONAL TECHNIQUES of production and ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE allow the Cirrito company to bring a fresh, good and genuine product to your table. The dairy does not aim at mass production, but at quality. It is precisely this that allows him to win the loyalty of such a large number of customers.
